Farmer compost turner
Farmer compost turner

Innovative design developed for the smallholder farmer based on commercially available power tool from STIHL MM56. Designed for building windrows of about 80 cm wide x 50 cm high. Windrows can be as long as there is land available. Our turner opens the door to enable composting at farm level, a major step towards appropriate technologies to enable the production of local organic inputs. A chipper or shredder can be used to complete the equipment.
